11. Warranty

vbh24.ee facilitates manufacturer warranties and warranty procedures for the products sold but does not itself perform warranty repairs.

Warranty service is based on the sales document issued by vbh24.ee.

11.2.1. Warranty Period

For all goods sold through the vbh24.ee online store, private consumers are entitled to a warranty period of at least 24 months. For legal entities, the warranty period shall be determined by the manufacturer.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the Buyer.

The warranty period shall be suspended during any period in which the Buyer is unable to use the product due to non-conformity with the contract.

The duration of the warranty period and service times are determined by the manufacturer.

The delivery note or sales invoice supplied with the product must be retained. Without proof of purchase, the warranty shall not be valid.

Withdrawal from the contract during the warranty period is only possible upon the manufacturer's decision.

11.2.2. Warranty Repairs

Warranty repairs shall be carried out through the manufacturer, supplier, or the manufacturer's service facility.

The customer must deliver the product requiring warranty repair to the Seller's premises. Further information is available at www.vbh24.ee, by phone at +372 6401 331, or by email at info@vbh.ee.

If repair of the product during the warranty period proves impossible and production of the product has ceased, the manufacturer or importer shall replace the product with an equivalent or superior product.

In addition to rights arising from the warranty, consumers also have other rights granted by applicable law.

11.2.3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover consumable or perishable products (such as adhesives, paints, etc.), packaging, or documentation.

The warranty shall become void if the product shows signs of operational malfunction or physical damage caused by impact, improper use, misuse, or failure to comply with the instructions for use.
